KUWAIT CITY, Sept. 4 (Xinhua) -- Kuwaiti deputy Foreign Minister Khaled Al-Jarallah said on Tuesday that his country is keen on strengthening strategic partnership with the United States, Kuwait News Agency (KUNA) reported.
Kuwaiti Emir Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah is scheduled to visit the United States and meet with U.S. President Donald Trump on Wednesday, KUNA said.
The visit comes amid the historical ties between the two countries for more than 100 years, Al-Jarallah noted.
